为了探讨IgA肾病患者肾间质中是否存在肥大细胞(MC)及其与间质纤维化的关系,采用甲苯胺蓝特殊染色及类胰蛋白酶(tryptase)免疫组织化学染色,对13例IgA肾病患者肾活检标本进行了观察。结果:①肾脏皮质和髓质均可见到MC,多见于纤维化区域、血管周围、萎缩小管或扩张小管周围,肾小球内未发现类胰蛋白酶阳性细胞。②系膜细胞增殖程度与MC数无关,而随着MC数增加,间质纤维化加重(x~2=6.2853,P<0.025),有显著差异。结论:IgA肾病患者的肾间质存在肥大细胞,并与肾间质纤维化有关。
To investigate the existence of mast cells (MC) in renal interstitium and its relationship with interstitial fibrosis in patients with IgA nephropathy, Toluidine blue staining and tryptase immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of MC in 13 patients with IgA nephropathy Kidney biopsy specimens were observed. Results: ①Mc can be found in the cortex and medulla of kidney, which is more common in fibrotic area, perivascular, atrophic or dilated tubules, and no tryptase positive cells were found in glomerulus. ② The mesangial cell proliferation was not related to the number of MCs, but with the increase of MC number, interstitial fibrosis increased (x ~ 2 = 6.2853, P <0.025), with significant differences. Conclusion: Mast cells exist in the interstitium of patients with IgA nephropathy and are associated with renal interstitial fibrosis.
