一、感应同步器数显系统的安装 (一)感应同步器的安装要求标准式感应同步器的安装尺寸和要求见图1。基本要求如下: 1.定尺安装平面与机床导轨面B的平行度全长允差0.04mm。 2.定尺基准侧面与机床导轨面A的平行度全长允差0.10mm。 3.滑尺基准侧面与机床导轨面A的平行度允差为0.02mm。 4.定、滑尺相对耦合时的气隙为0.25±0.05mm(特殊情况可放宽到0.15～0.35mm)。
