本文以东北严寒地区村镇住宅的外墙节能技术为研究对象,以五大连池龙泉村节能示范住宅为例,分析、总结适宜村镇住宅的外墙节能技术。首先基于对五大连池龙泉村的实地调研,归纳该地区农宅墙体的结构材料、构造使用的现状及特点,并根据我国目前在建材使用及建筑节能等方面的政策要求,分析东北地区村镇住宅外墙体的节能技术类型,最后通过性价比的对比分析以及软件模拟寻求适宜该地区的外墙节能技术。
In this paper, the exterior wall energy-saving technology of residential houses in northeast cold area is taken as the research object. Taking the energy-saving demonstration residential house in Longquan Village of Wudalianchi as an example, the paper analyzes and summarizes the external wall energy-saving technologies suitable for residential houses in villages and towns. First of all, based on the field investigation of Longquan Village in Wudalianchi, the paper summarizes the present situation and characteristics of the structural materials, structure and use of the farmhouse wall in this area. According to the current policy of building material use and building energy conservation in our country, Wall type of energy-saving technologies, and finally through the comparative analysis of cost-effective and software simulation to seek suitable for the region’s exterior wall energy-saving technologies.
