随着新课程的实施,课程资源的概念进入了人们的视野。但谈到课程资源开发,人们想得更多的是办学条件的改善和备课资料的充实,很少把教师本身作为重要的课程资源来看待,对教师这一课程资源的独特性更缺乏应有的认识。只有当教师能够站在课程资源开发的高度认识自身素质和队伍建设的重要性时,教师的自我提高、改革教师教育、优化教师的配置等措施才会被赋予新的意义。
With the implementation of the new curriculum, the concept of curriculum resources has entered the field of vision. But when it comes to the development of curriculum resources, what people want more is the improvement of the conditions for running schools and the enrichment of the preparation materials. It seldom regards the teachers themselves as important curriculum resources and lacks the uniqueness of teachers’ resources of this curriculum Understanding. Only when teachers can stand on the importance of self-quality and team-building in the development of curriculum resources, such measures as self-improvement of teachers, reform of teacher education and optimization of teachers’ disposition will be given new meaning.
