对15例良性前列腺增生(BPH)和12例正常前列腺组织标本中胰岛素样生长因子-I-(IGF-I)mRNA的表达情况进行了研究。RT-PCR的方法可自所有标本中检出IGF-ImRNA的表达,并用电泳和Southern杂交证实了结果的可靠性。原位杂交表明13/15的BPH和9/12的正常前列腺标本中有IGF-ImRNA表达,IGF-I在上皮的表达强于间质,尤以基底细胞表达最明显。IGF-ImRNA在BPH组织中的量多于正常前列腺。
The expression of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) mRNA in 15 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and 12 cases of normal prostatic tissue was studied. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of IGF-1 mRNA in all specimens, and the reliability of the results was confirmed by electrophoresis and Southern blotting. In situ hybridization showed that IGF-I mRNA was expressed in 13/15 BPH and 9/12 normal prostate specimens. The expression of IGF-I in the epithelium was stronger than that in the stroma, especially in basal cells. IGF-I mRNA is present in BPH tissue more often than normal prostate.
