随着时代的发展,社会的需求,职高数学教学必然要以学生的社会需求为导向来适应市场经济的需要,由此职高课改势在必行,在紧接着专业课课改的步伐后迎来了文化课的课改。而在课改过程中,关键是教师,所以说,教师即课程,只有教师在教学模式和教学手段等方面的革新,才能更好推进新课程的实施。因此课改的成功与否主要决定于教师的教学观念和方法的改进。
