作为尚未成熟的个体,中职学生需要寻求学习和生活的导师、榜样、知己,需要寻求自己能够认同,同时又能理解自己、引领自己的“重要他人”。班主任是班级工作管理的核心人物,班主任很可能成为影响学生发展的重要他人或关键影响人,成为学生心目中的“导师”。本文从“重要他人”的内涵的几个方面来讲述班主任努力成为学生心中的“重要他人”的意义。
As an immature individual, secondary vocational students need to find mentors, role models and friends who are learning and living. They need to seek “important others” that they can identify with while understanding themselves and lead them. Class teacher is the core of class work management, the class teacher is likely to become an important influence on the development of students or key influencers to become students in mind “mentor.” This article tells the class teacher from the aspects of the connotation of “important others ” to strive to become the meaning of “important others ” in the minds of students.
