国内外研究知识转移的文献较多,而对于知识转移信任问题的研究却很少。文章在总结现有研究文献的基础上,通过实证研究探讨了该问题,并得出结论:信任对社会知识转移具有较大的促进作用;应构建促进社会知识转移的人际信任体系。 There are many literatures about the transfer of research knowledge at home and abroad, but there are few studies on the question of trust transfer. On the basis of summarizing the existing research literature, the article explores the issue through empirical research and concludes that trust has a greater facilitating role in social knowledge transfer and that interpersonal trust systems that promote social knowledge transfer should be established.
