目的 探讨氧疗时新生儿血浆中抗氧化水平的动态变化。方法 选择需氧疗的新生儿 3 8例 ,其中早产儿 2 0例 (A组 ) ,足月儿 18例 (B组 )。分别于吸氧前、吸氧后 3d、7d各测血浆中还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 (GSH px)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶 (GST)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化。并以同期住院的不需氧疗的早产儿 2 0例 (C组 )及正常足月儿 (D组 )作为对照组。结果 ①GSH :早产儿出生时GSH水平较足月儿低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,A组吸氧 3d及 7d时GSH较给氧前 (0d)时明显下降 ,且与对照组相比 ,差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。②GSH px :早产儿出生时GSH px水平早产儿较足月儿低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,B组GSH px活性于吸氧 3d[(76 0 0±6 3 9)U/L]及 7d[(87 3 5± 7 80 )U/L]时较 0d[(66 65± 7 65 )U/L]明显增强 ,且 7d时更为显著 (P <0 0 1) ;而A组变化却不明显。③GST :早产儿出生时GST含量较足月儿高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而氧疗后 3d均出现明显下降。④MDA :氧疗后 7d时MDA含量A组 [(6 80± 0 92 ) μmol/L]、B组 [(4 2 7± 0 76) μmol/L]分别较 0d[(5 48± 1 0 3 )μmol/L、(2 98± 0 5 6) μmol/L]明显增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与对照组比较差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 血浆中GSH、GSH px、GST及
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of anti-oxidant levels in neonates during oxygen therapy. Methods Thirty-eight newborns undergoing oxygen therapy were selected, including 20 preterm infants (group A) and 18 full-term infants (group B). Respectively before the oxygen inhalation, 3d, 7d after the oxygen in the measured plasma of reduced glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH px), glutathione S transferase (GST), C Changes of dialdehyde (MDA) content.
