采用微弧氧化方法在LY12铝合金试样表面生成了天蓝色的陶瓷膜层,研究了添加剂CoSO4的浓度和氧化时间对天蓝色膜层的影响。研究表明,在Na2SiO3浓度为100g/L、CoSO45g/L、电压550V、氧化时间为8min的条件下,获得膜层均匀、表面粗糙度Ra为1.2μm、厚度为24μm的天蓝色膜层。扫描电镜(SEM)分析显示,表面有很多微孔且互不相通,呈火山口状。能谱分析(EDS)显示:膜层化学成分为Al、O、Si、Co。在载荷15N、转速为10r/min条件下,300s内膜层未破裂,膜层摩擦系数约为0.65。
The azure ceramic film was formed on the surface of LY12 aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation method. The effects of the concentration of CoSO4 and the oxidation time on the azure film were studied. The results show that under the conditions of Na2SiO3 concentration of 100g / L, CoSO45g / L, voltage of 550V and oxidation time of 8min, a sky blue film with a uniform surface roughness Ra of 1.2μm and a thickness of 24μm was obtained. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis showed that there are many micropores on the surface and are not connected with each other, crater-like. EDS showed that the chemical composition of the film was Al, O, Si and Co. Under the condition of load of 15N and rotation speed of 10r / min, the inner layer of 300s did not rupture and the friction coefficient of the layer was about 0.65.
