研究了Mn、Ce及冷却速度对Al-Mn合金显微组织的影响。结果表明,随着Mn含量增大,合金中板条状Al_6Mn组织粗大化,并由平行分布变成无序分布;Ce含量为0.15%~0.45%的Al-Mn-Ce合金中Ce主要以Al_3Ce形式存在;合金显微组织随着冷却速度的增大而细化。
The effects of Mn, Ce and cooling rate on the microstructure of Al-Mn alloy were investigated. The results show that with the increase of Mn content, the Al6Mn microstructures in the alloy coarsen and distributed from parallel to disordered. Ce in Al-Mn-Ce alloy with Ce content of 0.15% -0.45% mainly consists of Al3Ce Form exists; alloy microstructure refinement with the cooling rate increases.
