一基本概念对于一般切削螺纹的工具,我们都已比较熟悉;现在本文所要讨论的,是滚压螺纹用的滚压模。滚压螺纹并不是切削,因此工作过程中没有切屑产生,不论用平模或圆模,模子上的螺纹都是压入螺栓的胚件上。[图一]为螺栓断面金属纤维分布的情况,图中(a)是滚压出来的,(h)是切削出来的。滚压的时候,金属纤维仅仅是改变形状,但没有切断;所以滚压出来的螺纹,比切削出来的螺纹强度较高。据苏联资料上的介绍,抗拉强度可提高20~30%,抗剪强度可提高5%。
A Basic Concept We are all familiar with tools for general thread cutting; what we are going to discuss now is a rolling die for rolling threads. Rolling thread is not cutting, so there is no chip in the work process, regardless of the use of flat or round mold, mold on the thread are pressed into the embryo on the bolt. Figure 1 shows the distribution of the metal fibers in the bolt section. In the figure, (a) is rolled out and (h) is cut out. When rolled, the metal fibers merely change shape, but are not cut; therefore, the rolled thread is stronger than the cut thread. According to the Soviet Union on the introduction of information, tensile strength can be increased by 20 to 30%, shear strength can be increased by 5%.
