过去20年,我国国民经济以9.87％的速度增长,而同期一次能源消费只以4.87％的速度增长。所以有人说,国民经济发展所需能源,一半靠开发,一半靠节约。
In the past 20 years, the national economy of our country has been growing at a rate of 9.87%, while the primary energy consumption has only increased by 4.87% at the same time. Therefore, some people say that the energy needed for the development of the national economy depends on development and on the other half on savings.
