在传感器的使用中,由于各种不同原因,如操作方法不对,或是测头与工件发生冲撞等,都会造成传感器测头折断。更严重时会使传感器内部结构遭到破坏,如磁心碰碎,线圈刮断。在这里仅根据我们初步的了解,对传感器的调修作些介绍,供同志们参考。当仪器出现了表的指针不动,记录器的记录笔不动时,我们可首先检查传感器,看其有否输出电压。有条件最好用示波器或是毫伏计检查,因传感器本身的输出电压是很微弱的。图1为传感器引线的套筒插头,1、2联接初级线圈,3、4、5联接次级线圈,用万用表量
