本文介绍了湿式强磁选在难选钨矿和钽铌矿选矿中应用所取得的显著效果。某难选钨矿精选流程试验中采用湿式强磁选,使精选流程简化,精选回收率明显提高。某钽铌矿选厂由增设湿式强磁选而改进精选流程,使精选尾矿品位大幅度降低,精选回收率明显提高,对全厂回收率的提高,起了重要作用。两者都用湿式强磁选取代了原来生产中使用的干式强磁选。
This paper introduces the significant effect of wet ferromagnetics in the application of refractory tungsten ore and tantalum-niobite beneficiation. Selection of a hard refractory tungsten ore process selected strong wet magnetic screening, so that the selection process is simplified, the selected recovery was significantly improved. A tantalum and niobium ore processing plant by the establishment of wet magnetic separation and selection process to improve the selection of tailings significantly reduce the grade, the selected recovery was significantly improved, the recovery of the entire plant to play an important role. Both of them replaced the dry magnetic separator used in the original production with wet magnetic separator.
