超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)广泛存在于生物体内,是一种新型的酶制剂,在抗衰老、抗肿瘤、防辐射以及自身免疫性疾病的治疗等方面具有广阔的应用前景,已受到生化界和医药界的极大关注。目前国内有不少单位开发该产品,但酶的比活一般在 3 000~12 000 U/mg蛋白。我们从牛血红细胞中提取SOD粗品,分别用常压和高效液相色谱(HPLC)纯化,得到了较高纯度的CU-Zn SOD,为SOD的基础研究及临床应用提供物质基础和纯化方法。
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is a novel enzyme preparation widely found in living organisms. It has broad application prospects in anti-aging, anti-tumor, radiation protection, and autoimmune disease treatment. Great attention has been paid by the biochemical and medical communities. At present, many domestic companies have developed this product, but the specific activity of the enzyme is generally between 3 000 and 12 000 U/mg protein. We extracted crude SOD from bovine red blood cells and purified them with atmospheric pressure and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) respectively to obtain higher purity CU-Zn SOD, which provides material basis and purification method for basic research and clinical application of SOD.
