一种简易实用的恒温加热装置

做生化试验经常离不开恒温加热箱。如氨基酸分析水解样品,蛋白质末端鉴定,样品的恒温反应等等。加热恒温箱体积大,耗电多,升温时间慢。我们制作了一种简易实用的恒温装置,构造简单,温差不超过±1.5℃,现将制作方法介绍如下: 1.所需设备 71型晶体管继电器一个(上海宝山五金电器厂);电接点式玻璃水银温度计(上海医用仪表厂)直径12cm电炉盘一个200瓦电炉丝一根不锈钢圆柱一个 2.制作方法在直径12cm,高5cm的一个不锈钢圆柱中间打一孔,围绕中间孔打洞数个,洞直径1.5cm洞间距0.5cm,除中央一个孔上下打穿外,其余洞深4cm(洞孔大小也可按试验所需设计)。 Do biochemical tests often can not do without constant temperature heating box.
