二次非球面(抛物面、椭球面和双曲面)透镜或反光镜在一定的使用条件下均能制成无球差光学零件,在一些光学仪器中已被广泛的采用。但以单透镜做聚光镜,它聚焦的光锥角通常是不够大的,在某些场合下不符合使用要求,为此需用高次非球面去解决,不过高次非球面的样板和磨制模子的制作都比较困难,因此我们设计了一种消球差的椭球面聚光镜来代替消球差的高次非球面聚光镜。现把这种聚光镜的设计、样板和模子的制作一一分述如下: 一、设计令椭球面子午截面(在xy平面内)的椭圆方程式为:
