目的:研究分化诱导剂苦参碱(Matrine)在体外对人涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞生长抑制的影响。方法:用不同浓度的Mat分别处理涎腺腺样囊性癌ACC-M细胞后,镜下观察癌细胞的生长情况;测定软琼脂克隆形成率;MTT(噻唑蓝)法测定生长抑制率。结果:①不同浓度苦Mat处理后细胞的生长明显受到抑制;②细胞生长抑制率随Mat的浓度增加而增加。结论:Mat对涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To study the effect of matrine, a differentiation inducer, on the growth inhibition of human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells in vitro. Methods: ACC-M cells of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma were treated with different concentrations of Mat respectively. The growth of cancer cells was observed microscopically. The rate of soft agar colony formation was measured. The growth inhibition rate was measured by MTT (thiazolyl blue) method. Results: ① The growth of cells treated with different concentrations of Mat Mat was significantly inhibited; ② The growth inhibition rate of cells increased with the increase of Mat concentration. Conclusion: Mat has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cells.
