工会干部常会因为在职称评定当中遇到一些被忽略或不公正的待遇而鸣不平,殊不知,过去的职称评定当中还存在着诸多不规范、不道德的现象和行为。其实,诚实的人都知道“称职”比“职称”更重要。 一段时期以来,职称之所以长期成为一些人追捧的热点,就是因为职称往往拥有一种“品牌”效应,职称的“含金量”过高。试想,一个人不论有无真才实学,更不论其能力大小,只要头顶一个像样的职称,其工资、住房、福利、乃至政治待遇或个人前途,便被“摆平”。职称既然有如此功效,难免会成为人见人爱的“香饽
