组合机床刚性主轴部件的刚度,是这类组合机床设计中的主要内容。目前常用的计算方法,有按经验数据选取和按线图查找,以决定相应的参数。这两种方法有一定的近似性和局限性,且并只要验算合格,就不再考虑结构尺寸是否选得恰到好处。本文不仅考虑了传动力对刚度的影响,还能够同时求出所需各点的挠度和转角,而且可以根据刚度要求,自动求解最合适直径的功能。整个计算已编成通用程序,使用时只需从电传机输入数据,从数据输入到打印结果,只用3~5分钟,因此具有适用范围广、精度高和速度快等特点。
The rigidity of the combined machine tool’s rigid spindle components is a key element in the design of such composite machine tools. The entire calculation has been compiled into a common program, the use of just input data from the telex machine, from the data input to the print results, only 3 to 5 minutes, it has a wide range of applications, high precision and speed characteristics.
