轨道平顺状态的管理分峰值管理和均值管理。提速以来,随着轨道装备等级的提高和结构的强化、大型养路机械的普遍使用,提速线路的质量有了大幅提升,较大的动态几何尺寸偏差得到有效控制。传统的峰值管理不能全面反映轨道的实际平顺状态,更不利于工务部门的维修管理。本文根据国内外轨道平顺状态均值管理理论及应用,结合我国轨道动态检查及TQI的实际使用情况,对TOI的计算项目和各项目之间的权重进行了改进,提出了管理建议值,并对轨道平顺状态的均值管理和应用进行了探讨。

According to the theories and applications of track-mean-state management theory at home and abroad, combined with the actual use of orbit dynamic inspection and TQI in China, the calculation of TOI and the weight of each item are improved.
