杀虫药剂按其进入虫体的途径,有胃毒剂、触杀剂、熏蒸剂之分。但较合理的分类方法是按其毒理作用来分类。据此,可分为原生质毒剂、神经毒剂、呼吸毒剂、生殖毒剂等等。研究发现,熏蒸剂一般或主要作为呼吸毒剂对虫体发生作用。因此,有必要了解害虫正常呼吸生理活动,在此基础上来探析档案熏蒸杀虫剂致死害虫的机理。其中着重提出了对磷化氢毒理的看法。
