目的:考察青藤碱给药后对类风湿关节炎家兔关节液中的精氨酸及瓜氨酸的影响。方法:将微透析探针植入病理模型家兔关节腔中,按50 mg.kg-1的剂量灌胃给药或400 mg.kg-1的剂量经皮给药,给药后收集微透析液,采用HPLC-MS测定青藤碱,OPA柱前衍生HPLC-FLD测定精氨酸和瓜氨酸,并与模型组进行统计学比较。结果:给药组家兔关节液中的精氨酸和瓜氨酸浓度与模型组比较均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:青藤碱对类风湿性关节炎家兔关节液中的精氨酸和瓜氨酸有抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sinomenine on arginine and citrulline in rabbit synovial fluid after rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: The microdialysis probe was implanted into the joint cavity of the rabbit model of pathology. The mice were intragastrically administered with a dose of 50 mg.kg-1 or a dose of 400 mg.kg-1. After the administration, microdialysis Liquid, sinomenine was determined by HPLC-MS, and arginine and citrulline were detected by HPLC-FLD pre-column derivatization, and compared with the model group statistically. Results: The concentrations of arginine and citrulline in the joint fluid of rabbits in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the model group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Sinomenine can inhibit arginine and citrulline in rabbit synovial fluid of rheumatoid arthritis.
