高校图书馆移动阅读服务是图书馆针对高校用户的移动阅读需求而开展的一种服务模式。文章通过实际调研和对已有调查研究成果的梳理,分析归纳出了影响图书馆移动阅读服务利用率的因素,即:阅读主体、阅读客体、阅读手段和阅读环境。阅读主体影响图书馆移动阅读服务内容的覆盖度和服务体验的亲和度;阅读客体影响到移动阅读服务内容的可用度和服务质量的准确性;阅读手段是影响移动阅读服务内容可用度和服务体验亲和度的主要因素;阅读环境直接影响服务内容的可用度、服务质量的时效性和规范性以及服务体验的亲和度。并在此基础上,从尊重用户信息行为规律、图书馆信息推送、技术支持三个方面提出了提升图书馆移动阅读利用率的应对策略。
The mobile reading service in university library is a kind of service mode that libraries carry out for mobile reading needs of college users. The article analyzes the factors that influence the utilization rate of mobile reading service in libraries through the actual research and the review of the existing research findings, namely, reading subject, reading object, reading means and reading environment. The reading subject affects the coverage of mobile reading service content and the affinity of service experience; the reading object affects the accuracy of the availability of mobile reading service content and service quality; the reading means influences the availability and service of mobile reading service content The main factor to experience affinity; reading environment directly affect the availability of service content, the timeliness and normativity of service quality and service experience affinity. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the utilization rate of mobile reading in libraries from three aspects: respecting the rules of user information, pushing information from libraries and providing technical support.
