The first article stipulates the constitutional legislative power. The second article deals with the administrative power of the United States. The third one is the stipulation of the judicial power of the United States. In 1791, two years after the U.S. Constitution came into force, the United States Constitution amended nine of its amendments. Each amendment is based on the protection of citizens’ human rights.
