中药配方室也称中药调剂室,也是医院对外服务的重要窗口.在中药配方室工作的调剂人员不仅要有高度的责任心,还应具备熟练的调剂专业技术.近年来,随着中医药的发展,中成药剂型及品种增多,服用汤剂人员减少,人们对调剂工作重视有所下降,加之老药工人员的自然减员,中药调剂工作出现了知识技术停滞不前的现象,配方工作也存在一些问题,为提高中药调剂工作质量,笔者就工作实践,谈点粗浅看法,供同道参考.一、中药调配工作中易出现的几个问题 The traditional Chinese medicine prescription room is also called the traditional Chinese medicine preparation room and is also an important window for the hospital’s external service.
