旅游业的迅猛发展对旅游从业人员的语言水平和专业素质能力提出了更高的要求,因而具备较高综合素质的的旅游英语人才将成为市场发展需求,也是高等旅游教育的培养目标。所以,积极探索旅游英语专业人才培养模式成为众多旅游高职院校的重要任务。本文以山东旅游职业学院旅游英语专业为例,指出人才培养模式的探索途径及实施保障,以达到提高学生核心竞争力和综合素质的目的。 The rapid development of tourism poses higher requirements on the language proficiency and professional quality of tourism practitioners. Therefore, tourism English talents with high comprehensive quality will become the demand of market development and also the training target of higher tourism education. Therefore, to actively explore tourism English professionals training mode has become an important task of many tourism vocational colleges. This paper takes Tourism English Major of Shandong Tourism College as an example to point out the exploration ways and implementation guarantee of talent cultivation mode so as to achieve the goal of improving students’ core competence and overall quality.
