对建国以来我国中小学教师继续教育的发展历程的历史进行梳理,可以看出,中小学教师继续教育经历了建国初期至改革开放前的正规化阶段、改革开放后的法制化阶段和基于新课程改革的继续教育模式创新阶段。目前正在各地实施的校本培训,改变了长期以来将教师作为被动的培训对象的局面,将教师作为教育的主体,有力地激发中小学教师的创造力,促进了教师的自我成长。
