随着科技和国民经济的高速发展,为了节省能耗、降低污染,我们一直致力于韧性好,强度高、价格低钢铁进行复合、形成良好冶金结合耐磨损材料的试制。目前,汽车铸钢产品在使用期内除了发生磨损报废还发生断裂。采用扫描电镜、能谱仪以及化学分析等方法对铸钢产品进行了分析,结果表明,铸钢产品报废主要是磨料磨损,断裂是疲劳断裂。铸造缺陷、杂质元素偏聚和夹杂物的存在是形成早期裂纹源的原因。如何解决这一技术难题?我们用适当的工艺方法制备复合材料,使他们之间形成良好的冶金结合。
With the rapid development of science and technology and the national economy, in order to save energy consumption and reduce pollution, we have been devoted to the compounding of steel with good toughness, high strength and low price to form trial production of good metallurgical combined wear-resistant materials. At present, automobile cast steel products in addition to wear and tear during the use of life but also rupture. The cast steel products were analyzed by SEM, EDS and chemical analysis. The results showed that the wear and tear of the cast steel products was mainly abrasive wear and the fracture was the fatigue fracture. Casting defects, segregation of impurity elements and the presence of inclusions are the causes of the formation of early cracks. How to solve this technical problem? We use the appropriate process of preparation of composite materials, so that they form a good metallurgical bond.
