现代的建筑系统,如空调,照明,安全,垂直运输和电力分配,已经充分的利用了现代的数字控制技术和通讯技术。配备了这些系统的建筑往往被称为智能建筑。这些系统具体可分为三大类:楼宇自动化系统(BAS)、通信网络系统(CNS)和办公自动化系统(0AS)。综合楼宇自动化管理系统(BAS)已广泛用于新建商业、民用和工业建筑。大厦管理人员在监控室里可以通过BAS对建筑物进行实时监控。随着网络技术的不断提升,BAS所有的关键数据可以通过网络传输到全世界任何被授权的用户那里,他们可以执行相同的功能的监测和控制,即使控制室远在建筑物的千里之外也是没有任何问题。本文主要分析了综合楼宇自动化管理系统BAS的发展与特点。
Modern building systems, such as air conditioning, lighting, security, vertical transport and power distribution, have taken full advantage of modern digital control and communication technologies. Buildings equipped with these systems are often referred to as smart buildings. These systems can be divided into three broad categories: BAS, CNS and OA. Integrated Building Automation Management System (BAS) has been widely used in new commercial, residential and industrial buildings. Building managers in the control room can be BAS real-time monitoring of buildings. As network technology continues to evolve, all of BAS’s critical data can be transmitted over the network to any authorized user anywhere in the world who can perform the same function monitoring and control, even if the control room is thousands of miles away from the building There is no problem. This article mainly analyzes the development and characteristics of comprehensive building automation management system BAS.
