目的了解浙江省海盐县市售食品中食源性致病菌污染状况。方法对海盐县6个主要的集贸市场和2个超市采集7大类13个食品品种601份,进行7类食源性致病菌检测。结果海盐县7大类13个品种601份食品中检出致病菌38株,检出率为6.32%,其中沙门菌16株,副溶血性弧菌12株,金黄色葡萄球菌10株;生肉和水产品中致病菌检出率分别为12.94%和7.95%;16株沙门菌,除2株未分型外,另14株均为B群,分7个血清型,优势血清型为德尔卑沙门菌、印地安纳沙门菌、阿贡纳沙门菌。结论生肉和水产品是海盐县主要污染食品;沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌是该县食品中常见的污染菌;海盐县食品中沙门菌污染的血清型分布以德尔卑沙门菌为主,其次为印地安纳沙门菌、阿贡纳沙门菌。
Objective To understand the status of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in the commercially available foods in Haiyan, Zhejiang Province. Methods A total of 601 foodstuffs from 7 major categories and 13 foodstuffs were collected from 6 major bazaars and 2 supermarkets in Haiyan County for detection of 7 foodborne pathogenic bacteria. Results Thirty-eight pathogenic bacteria were detected in 601 foodstuffs of 13 varieties in 7 categories of Haiyan County, with a detection rate of 6.32%, of which 16 were Salmonella, 12 were Vibrio parahaemolyticus and 10 were Staphylococcus aureus; And aquatic products in the detection of pathogenic bacteria were 12.94% and 7.95%; 16 strains of Salmonella, in addition to 2 strains were not type, the other 14 strains are B group, divided into seven serotypes, the dominant serotypes of Del Salmonella typhi, Salmonella Indiana, Salmonella gonorrhoeae. Conclusions Raw meat and aquatic products are the main contaminated food in Haiyan County. Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus are the common contaminants in the food of this county. The serotype distribution of Salmonella contamination in food in Haiyan County is dominated by Delphin Staphylococcus aureus, followed by Indian salmonella, Salmonella gonorrhoeae.
