近年来我国家电连锁企业进入了战略扩张期,随着连锁门店数量的增加以及经营区域范围的扩大,连锁总部对异地门店的响应速度越来越慢,管理成本开始上升,家电市场所特有的配送和维修保养等服务使家电连锁企业必须不断提高运作全国市场的各种能力。因此,扩张期如何变革国内家电连锁企业的供应链管理(SCM)模式已成为我国理论界和家电连锁企业关注的焦点。
