当前,人力资源管理的重要性日益被现代企业认可,其各项职能有效实现,制度保障有着举足轻重作用。但是制度构建后关键是执行。再好的制度,如果没有人去执行或执行力不到位,只是海市蜃楼,难免最终的破灭。人力资源管理制度执行力的强弱,事关企业战略、规划、规章制度是否转化成为现实效益、成果的关键。在本文里,笔者拟结合在广东省六建集团有限公司(以下简称“集团公司”)的人力资源管理工作实际,就如何提升建筑施工企业人力资源管理制度的执行力浅淡几点肤浅认识。
