2017年5月,在中国职业技术教育学会职业教育装备专业委员会的支持下,秦皇岛职业技术学院与国际知名企业联想共建“联想学院”。学院引入联想人才培养模式,在移动应用开发专业“项目主导、课岗交融、工学结合”人才培养模式的基础上,创新性地构建了“721”人才培养方式。即在培养时间分配上,70%岗位实习实训,20%交流学习,10%课堂学习,同时还将联想岗位设置、项目资源和典型案例等,物化为适合教学需要的岗位课
In May 2017, with the support of the Vocational Education Equipment Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Vocational and Technical Education, Qinhuangdao Vocational and Technical College and Lenovo jointly established the “Lenovo College”. The college has introduced Lenovo’s talent training model, and innovatively constructed “721 ” personnel training mode based on the mobile application development professional “Project Leading, Combining Work-study and Work-study ” and “Talent Training”. 70% of the job internship training, 20% exchange of learning, 10% classroom learning, also the Lenovo post settings, project resources and typical cases, materialized as suitable for teaching needs of the post class
