本文用BAS-100A电化学分析仪研究了6-甲基腺嘌呤(6-MA)的极谱伏安行为。结果表明,在0.2mol/L H_2SO_4底液中,6-MA产生一良好的还原峰,峰电位为-1.10V(vs.Ag/AgCl),峰高与浓度在1×10~(-6)~9×10~(-3)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系。实验证明,该峰具有吸附性。本文还对电极反应机理进行了探讨。
In this paper, BAS-100A electrochemical analyzer was used to study the polarographic voltammetry of 6-methyladenine (6-MA). The results showed that 6-MA produced a good reduction peak in 0.2 mol / L H 2 SO 4 solution with a peak potential of -1.10 V (vs. Ag / AgCl) and a peak height of 1 × 10 -6 ~ 9 × 10 ~ (-3) mol / L showed a good linear relationship. Experiments show that the peak has adsorbability. This article also discusses the electrode reaction mechanism.
