运用脑组织原位杂交法,观察戊四唑点燃癫痫模型脑组织中SSm RNA 的表达及草果知母汤作用后的变化。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型组脑皮层SSm RNA 的含量明显升高( P<0-01) ,海马中SSm RNA 的含量明显降低( P< 0-001) ;与模型组相比,西药组( 苯巴比妥) 及中药组( 草果知母汤) 皮层SSm RNA 含量明显降低( P< 0-05) 。降低皮层组织SSm RNA 的含量,可能是草果知母汤抗癫痫的作用途径之一。
The brain tissue in situ hybridization was used to observe the expression of SSm RNA in brain tissue of pentylenetetrazole-kindled epilepsy model and the changes of Zhimuzhimu decoction. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the SSm RNA content in the cortex of the model group increased significantly (P<0-01), and the SSm RNA content in the hippocampus decreased significantly (P<0-001); compared with the model group, Western medicine group (phenobarbital) and traditional Chinese medicine group (Xianguo Zhimu Decoction) cortex SSm RNA content was significantly reduced (P < 0-05). Decreasing the content of SSm RNA in cortical tissue may be one of the ways of anti-epilepsy effect of Zhimu Tang.
