目的：从常用的软组织侧貌测量项目中筛选出对侧貌美起主要作用的若干美学指标，为临床诊治提供参考。方法：对５６例侧貌美观的正常牙合及６３例侧貌不协调的安氏Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ类错牙合进行软硬组织Ｘ线头影测量。结果：通过判别分析筛选出５项软组织侧貌美学指标。结论：５项美学指标共同作用决定面部侧貌是否美观，协调的鼻唇颏关系是面部侧貌美学的特征
OBJECTIVE: To screen out several aesthetic indexes that play a major role in profile beauty from common soft tissue profiling items, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Hard and soft tissue X-cephalometry was performed on 56 cases of normal occlusal and 63 cases of misdiagnosed Class Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion. Results: Five items of soft tissue profile aesthetic criteria were screened by discriminant analysis. CONCLUSION: The five aesthetics indicators work together to determine whether facial features are aesthetically pleasing, and the coordinated nasolabial chin relationship is the characteristic of facial contouring aesthetics
