通过高温氧化试验研究了热浸镀铝钢合金层硬度的变化规律,借助电子探针和X-射线衍射仪对合金层的成分、形貌和氧化产物进行了分析。结果表明,合金层是由铝原子浓度不相同的3层组成,硅在合金层中形成Fe3Si相,可以控制铝原子的热扩散,从而减缓了合金层硬度的降低速度。
The variation of hardness of hot dip aluminum alloy steel was studied by high temperature oxidation test. The composition, morphology and oxidation products of the alloy layer were analyzed by electron probe and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the alloy layer is composed of three layers with different concentrations of aluminum atoms. Silicon forms the Fe3Si phase in the alloy layer, which can control the thermal diffusion of aluminum atoms and slow down the decrease of the hardness of the alloy layer.
