本文认为，转变经济增长方式，应在规模、结构、效益和科学技术方面作文章。我国西部地区的企业规模小，产业结构水平低下，产业中的科技含量少，其国民经济尚处在传统落后的生产方式之中。因此，为了使西部地区落后的生产方式加速现代化，必须实现如下转变：追求规模经济效益，加强产业生存环境建设，加大科学技术向现代生产力转化的力度。如果做好上述工作，就能通过经济增长方式的转变，实现缩小东西部差距的任务 This paper argues that to change the mode of economic growth, we should make a fuss about the scale, structure, efficiency and science and technology. The enterprises in the western region of our country have small scale, low level of industrial structure, little scientific and technological content in the industry, and their national economy is still in a traditional and backward mode of production. Therefore, in order to speed up the backward mode of production in the western region, we must achieve the following changes: the pursuit of economies of scale, strengthening the construction of an environment for industrial survival, and intensifying the transformation of science and technology into modern productive forces. If we do the above work, we can achieve the task of narrowing the gap between eastern and western regions through the transformation of the mode of economic growth
