为探明亚种间杂交稻结实率稳定性与其父母本遗传差异的关系 ,以两个品种间杂交组合为对照 ,选取遗传差距有异的亚种间杂交组合为供试材料 ,于结实敏感期进行了不同温度处理 .以杂交组合及亲本结实率与结实敏感期日平均气温的回归方程的斜率估算结实率稳定度 ,通过程氏指数法与 DNA分子标记法对亲本籼粳成分进行了判定 .对结实率稳定性与父母本亲缘关系的研究表明 ,亚种间杂交稻的结实率稳定性与其父母本亲缘关系远近呈显著负相关 ,但发现 810 S/6 30 2 0结实率稳定性好这一特例 ,暗示结实率高度稳定的亚杂组合可能与其双亲中均具有籼粳成分有关 .此外 ,用程氏指数法和分子标记法对亲本的籼粳成分进行判定 ,两种方法判定的结果一致
In order to find out the relationship between the seed set rate and the parents’ genetic differences between the hybrids, the crosses between the two cultivars were used as the control, and the crosses with different genetic distances were selected as the tested materials. The temperature stability of seed setting rate was estimated by the slope of the regression equation between the seed setting rate and the daily average temperature of the seed set in the crosses, and the indica and japonica compositions of the parents were determined by the method of Cheng’s index and DNA molecular markers. The study on the relationship between seed setting stability and parents showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the seed setting rate stability of intersubspecies hybrid rice and their parents, but it was found that the seed setting rate of 810 S / 6 30 2 0 was good In particular, the sub-combinations that imply that the seed setting rate is highly stable may be related to the indica-japonica composition of both parents. In addition, the indica-japonica composition of the parents is determined by the Cheng index method and the molecular marker method, and the results of the two methods are consistent
