慢性外阴营养不良是一种常见而难治的妇科病,我们自1993年4月～1996年10月采用外阴部多点封闭治疗慢性外阴营养不良97例,取得了满意效果,现总结如下: 1 临床资料 97例中,年龄25岁者10例,～35岁20例,～60岁67例。全部病例经白带检验,排除相关的阴道炎症。采用VitB_1200mg、500μg及氟美松5mg、2％利多卡因3ml,分别于阴蒂部、两侧阴唇、会阴后联合处,行皮下浸润封闭,5次1疗程,隔3日注射1次,2疗程间休
