一、前言 当今,许多游泳强国,都把游泳运动员的力量训练,作为提高成绩的主要手段来抓。我国游泳健儿在世界大赛上取得优异成绩,使中国一举跻身世界游坛四强之列,其成功的秘诀之一就是通过研究人体肌肉的生理、生化及解剖特点,在陆上进行力量训练,以提高运动成绩。当然其他各门学科的渗透都是为科学化的力量训练提供了理论依据的,所以研究陆上的力量训练的方法、手段、力量训练器材设备等的改革和创新,已成为当今教练员拟定训练计划的重要内容。本文主要通过分析人体肌肉在游进中的作用和特点,在陆上进行专门性的肌肉力量的练习,取得一定效果。
