区域水土资源经济系统是一个具有复杂结构和功能的耗散系统,各子系统间存在着能量流、物质流和信息流的密切交换,各要素因子间相互依存,彼此影响,协同演化。从系统耦合与协同的角度,建立了区域水资源、土地资源和农业经济系统耦合协调模型,并利用熵值赋权法和ArcGIS 10平台,对黑龙港地区水土资源经济系统开展了耦合协调分析。结果显示,黑龙港全区水土资源经济系统耦合协调状况较差,主要属于初级协调—中级协调发展类型,部分地区属于勉强协调发展类型和濒临失调衰退类型。分析结果与黑龙港地区水土资源条件和农业经济发展状态相吻合,能够为区域资源开发和经济发展提供支持和借鉴。
The economic system of regional land and water resources is a dissipative system with complex structure and function. There is a close exchange of energy flow, material flow and information flow between the subsystems. The factors of each factor are interdependent and affect each other and co-evolve. From the perspective of system coupling and coordination, a coupled coordination model of regional water resources, land resources and agricultural economic system was established. Coupled and coordinated analysis of land and water resources economic system in Heilonggang region was carried out by using entropy weight method and ArcGIS 10 platform. The results show that the coordination and coordination of the economic system of land and water resources in Heilongjiang are poor, mainly belonging to the primary coordination-intermediate coordination development type, and some areas are barely coordinated development type and imminent downturn type. The analysis results are consistent with the conditions of water and land resources and agricultural economic development in Heilongjiang Region, which can provide support and reference for the development of regional resources and economic development.
