I型全钢三明治板是一种新型轻量化高强结构,在运载工具轻量化领域,特别是舰船上有广阔的应用前景。立足于舰船轻量化背景,主要从三明治板的基本类型、制造方法和刚度分析三方面进行了激光焊接I型全钢三明治板刚度研究的综述。并指出在I型三明治板的刚度研究中亟待解决的问题:一是开展考虑焊接接头焊缝几何参数和面板局部变形的I型全钢三明治板的刚度设计工作;二是新方法的探索和应用,如窄间隙焊接,然后必须进行大量试验以降低设计风险。
I-type steel sandwich plate is a new type of lightweight high-strength structure, in the field of vehicle lightweight, especially ships have broad application prospects. Based on the ship lightweight background, this paper mainly reviews the research on laser welded I-type all-steel sandwich panel stiffness from the basic types of sandwich panels, manufacturing methods and stiffness analysis. And points out the problems to be solved urgently in the research on the stiffness of Type I sandwich panels: firstly, to design the stiffness of Type I steel sandwich panel considering the geometric parameters of weld joint and the local deformation of the panel; secondly, to explore and apply the new method , Such as narrow gap welding, and then must undergo extensive testing to reduce design risk.
