日本学者提出,育儿除德育、智育、体育外,还应进行“食育”。所谓“食育”,就是从幼儿期起,给予食物、食品及相关知识的教育,并将这种饮食教育,延伸到艺术想像力和人生观培养上。在实践中,这种颇为有趣的“食育”,易被儿童所接受,故在家庭和幼教机构中能迅速推广。“
