结合试验阐述了应用振动(包括超声波振动)切削的工艺可能性及其发展前景。指出:在机械加工中利用工具(或工件)在很大的频率范围内变化的强迫振动能量来强化加工过程,是材料加工的一个重要发展方向。新工艺将有效地解决难加工材料和难加工工序的一些重要的工艺问题,为我国当前机械行业基础件的攻关提供了一个新的工艺手段。
The combination of experiments illustrates the possibility of using vibration (including ultrasonic vibration) cutting technology and its development prospects. It is pointed out that the use of forced vibration energy of tool (or workpiece) changing in a wide range of frequency to strengthen the machining process in machining is an important development direction of material processing. The new process will effectively solve difficult to process materials and difficult to process some of the important process problems for China’s current mechanical parts of the basic research provides a new technological means.
