UO_2芯块磨削是核燃料元件制造的重要生产环节,本文介绍了UO_2芯块磨削线的设备组成、性能,阐述了UO_2芯块磨削自动控制系统的设计思路,论述了自动控制所涉及的可编程控制器(PLC)选型、地址分配和编程设计等方面的实施过程,并介绍了通过将PLC技术引入到UO_2芯块磨削线生产控制中,从而全面提升UO_2芯块磨削线自动化水平。经过调试生产实践证明,自动控制系统达到了设计要求,UO_2芯块磨削线运行状态良好,生产能力得到很大提高,故障率显著降低,产品质量稳定性也得到明显提升,使磨削生产线能够更好满足公司不断增长的UO_2芯块生产需要。
