2002年以来我院共收治睾丸扭转患者10例,其中6例得到及时的诊断及正确处理,其余4例均有误诊经过。现报告如下。1临床资料年龄14~22岁,平均18岁。左侧3例,右侧1例。主要症状和体征是突发一侧阴囊睾丸疼痛,呈持续性,可加剧并放射到腹股沟及下腹部,可伴恶心、呕吐,阴囊红肿,睾丸肿 Since 2002, 10 cases of testicular torsion were admitted in our hospital, of which 6 cases were diagnosed and correctly treated in time.
