探讨妇血宁对细胞免疫的调节作用。方法:用3H-TdR掺入DNA法试验了妇血宁对PHA诱导的兔血淋巴细胞增殖能力的影响和免疫药效动力学观察。结果:高浓度妇血宁具有显著抑制PHA诱导淋巴细胞增殖的能力(P<0.001),当稀释到一定浓度时,即表现出明显增强淋巴细胞的增殖能力(P<0.001);妇血宁的免疫药效动力学试验显示最佳作用时间为 96 h。结论:妇血宁具有双向调节细胞免疫的作用,其作用显著而持久。
To explore the regulation effect of Fuxuening on cellular immunity. Methods: The effect of Fuxuening on PHA-induced lymphocyte proliferation in rabbits was investigated by 3H-TdR incorporation method. RESULTS: High-concentration of Fuxuening significantly inhibited PHA-induced lymphocyte proliferation (P<0.001). When diluted to a certain concentration, it showed significant enhancement of lymphocyte proliferation (P<0.001). The immunological pharmacokinetics test of Fuxuening has shown that the best effect time is 96 h. Conclusion: Fuxuexin has two-way regulation of cellular immunity, and its effect is significant and long-lasting.
